'Tis the season when the food media go nuts trying to offer you diet plans and ways to remedy your supposed holiday excess. Just to do my bit toward alleviating anxiety, I'd like to point out Rodolfo's, the Italian restaurant in Preston Royal that first brought you "Ital-Lite" cuisine and has now added "Tutta-Frutta" to that category. Eat your pasta and count your fat grams while you get that sixth daily serving of fruit or vegetable required by the new food gurus. For instance, their tortellini and fruit with champagne sauce has 11 grams of fat, 75 grams of cholesterol; the "fresh fruit pasta" has only 6 fat grams.

Rodolfo's, 5956 Royal at Preston, 368-5039.
