Sea no evil

Plano's Sea Grill angles for greatness

If you can bring yourself to eat another crabcake, eat this one: patties of not much else but crab and seasonings, sauteed to tender crustiness, next to a haystack of fresh corn kernels and wild rice with the sauce of mild chili and lime making this a true all-American plate.

Desserts were almost more than we could manage--another off-the-menu special, a cookie cup filled with white chocolate cream sauce, topped with raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries, ringed with strained raspberries and a spoonful of cream; and a chocolate cup filled with a cloud of white chocolate mousse.

I only have one suggestion for Sea Grill: they could be one of the first restaurants to reverse the trend and branch out into Dallas proper. McKinney Avenue could use a restaurant like this one.
