Bring a bottle of your favorite to Eureka!, and enjoy a glass (the recommended dosage) with your meal. Then give the unfinished bottle to your waitperson who will reserve it with your name on it until your next meal at Eureka!, which should be soon, if you want to avoid drinking vinegar.
