By now you know that Julia Child is coming to Dallas. But you may not know that besides paying beaucoup bucks to watch Julia eat and schmooze at her KERA fundraiser, you also can pay to watch her do what she actually won our hearts and became famous and changed the culinary world doing: cooking. On Sunday, October 13, Julia Child will give a cooking demonstration at the Dallas Farmer's Market Resource Center. And not just Julia. Michel Richard, food-world-renowned chef and pastry chef will be there, too. It's a fundraiser for the Dallas chapter of the American Institute of Wine and Food.
