Bull--it's what's for dinner

The cows aren't the only ones pumping out manure in windy Amarillo, where Oprah is giving the cattlemen a lesson in steer wrestling

"What?" she says, "that we're hurting for entertainment? That would be embarrassing."

"Don't worry," the reporter replies. "This'll be airing in Dallas."
The woman, who is decked out in black cowboy boots, leggings, and a denim shirt, shrugs her shoulders and gives the interview anyway. Turns out she and her husband just moved to Amarillo from Denver, and the lack of entertainment in the Panhandle is beginning to take its toll.

"I'm acting like a redneck hick," she later confesses. "I can't believe it, but I've been here three months now, and I'm looking for something to do. I am hurting for entertainment.
