Once scheduled to hit the shelves around this time, Erykah Badu's forthcoming album, Mama's Gun, has been pushed back until November 21. But it's not like the former Erica Wright is laying low, with her new single "Bag Lady" topping the R&B charts, a couple of appearances on the soundtrack for Spike Lee's Bamboozled (her own "Hollywood" and a remix of Common's "In the Light"), and a turn on the latest by Gangstarr leader Guru's Jazzmatazz project, Streetsoul. By the time you get tired of those songs, Mama's Gun will be ready to go. No word on if there will be another quickie live album rushed to stores if Gun does well, but we wouldn't be surprised...
