If you told me one day I'd willingly watch a Tim Allen movie, the old me would have kicked you in the face and called you the Devil. But that was before Galaxy Quest came along and altered my universe forever. Not even Allen could spoil this sci-fi comedy, in which a cast of Star Trek-like TV stars is launched into a real-life alien battle. Sandwiched between the wonderfully ditzy Sigourney Weaver and the ditzilly wonderful Enrico Colantoni is the hands-down winner, Sam Rockwell. His panicked antics take the space cake. Galaxy Quest begins at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Lakewood Theater, 1825 Abrams Parkway. Tickets are $3. Call 214-821-SHOW or visit www.lakewoodtheater.com.
