Now the University of Dallas and Southern Methodist University are panting after the George W. Bush Presidential Library. Skip Rutherford, mastermind behind the Clinton center, describes the possible economic impact at the Real Estate Council General Membership Meeting from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. Thursday at the Renaissance Hotel, 2222 N.
