Listening to artist Max Kazemzadeh talk is like colliding with a truck carrying art history audiobooks. Plus, the guy could wire a remote control to activate his blender if he wanted to. Techy quirks coupled with his art-school pedigree can make for some interesting art. Check out his latest exhibition, an interactive piece that includes small collaged cowboy and native warrior images, for an example. Max Kazemzadeh: Controlling the Wild West is open 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Fridays and noon to 4 p.m. Saturdays in the Lago Vista Gallery of Richland College, 12800 Abrams Road.
