This Stinks!

From time to time, we've all had B.O. problems: Maybe you were the kid who never showered after gym class or the guy in the dorm who wore the same boxer shorts all finals week. Fortunately for humans, a hot shower can usually remedy any problems of an odiferous nature. Not so for the Stinky Cheese Man; when you're born (or, in this case, crafted) from very ripe cheese, olives and bacon, you're headed for a fetid fate. Meet this malodorous creature and more of author Jon Scieszka's contorted bedtime stories (as adapted by Kent Stephens) in Dallas Children's Theater's production of The Stinky Cheese Man and other fair(l)y (stoopid) tales at the Rosewood Center for Family Arts, 5938 Skillman St., Fridays through Sundays, May 5 through May 21. (No performance on May 6.) Tickets are $18 for adults and $16 for children with group and senior rates available. Visit dct.org.
Fridays-Sundays. Starts: May 5. Continues through May 21
