The batboy is one of the most revered supporting characters in all of sport, easily besting other favorites like "kid who mops up Dirk's sweat" and "kid who chases errant tennis serves." After all, who could forget the batboy in The Natural, offering Robert Redford his handmade bat to knock the lights out and win the game? When the batboy is replaced by honorary batgirl Rosario Dawson, I'm betting most dudes could. This Saturday at Frisco's Dr Pepper Ballpark, Dawson will pass out some very lucky bats to an assortment of other celebrities (including Mark Cuban, Mike Modano and the cast of Prison Break) at the Reebok Heroes Celebrity Baseball Game and Home Run Derby. Benefiting an assortment of charities including the Mike Modano Foundation, the event has raised more than 1 million dollars for children in the past five years. The home run derby starts at 5:30 p.m., followed by the game at 7 p.m. Tickets are $7 to $20; visit heroesbaseball.org.
