You've never seen Shallow Grave? Shame on you. Danny Boyle's directorial debut is both hysterically funny and psychotically scary at the same time. So what better way to spend a hot summer night than relaxing poolside, drink in hand, at a classic mid-century motor hotel (a la Psycho) watching this intriguing selection of the Belmont Hotel's B-Reel Movie Series? You'll never look at roommates the same after witnessing a trio of Edinburgh flatmates' (including Ewan McGregor and Christoper Eccleston) attempt to find a fourth, only to have their final choice result in an unending web of death and deception—and a lot of money. The creepy adventure begins poolside at sundown (around 8:30 p.m.) Tuesday at the Belmont Hotel, 901 Fort Worth Ave. Admission is free and a cash bar is available.
