Daniel Handler is an occasional Merritt sideman (on accordion and percussion) and accomplished author. You might know him better by his alias, Lemony Snicket. Together they're The Gothic Archies, and they've taken to the road to celebrate the release of Lemony's final book, The End, as well as their long-awaited soundtrack to all 13 volumes of A Series of Unfortunate Events—The Tragic Treasury. This weekend they'll visit North Texas for two very special performances of "For Crying Out Loud: A reading by Lemony Snicket with music by The Gothic Archies, featuring Lemony Snicket on percussion."
