Delegate rappers from the fine city of Arlington will make a neighborly campaign stop at South Side on Lamar this weekend as Victory Entertainment presents the Jump Off. The evening's special host is accomplished Agg-Town microphone linguist and juicy booty aficionado, Da'Hitman. Seriously, visit the dude's MySpace page. It's like that chick with the shotgun on the cover of Ice-T's Power multiplied by a thousand. DJ Spinn will artfully pluck cuts from a crate full of contemporary soul sounds and hip-hop classics while his 3 Alarm cohort T-Wrex and Dirty Dialect Click's E-Class take turns spittin' a little somethin' for fans of both thinking hustlers and hustlin' thinkers. While you're dressing to impress keep in mind that a casual dress code will be enforced (no jerseys, no ball caps), but cover is a measly $5. Lady folk who show up before 11 p.m. get in free. Makes a pretty good case for that gender reassignment surgery you've been thinking about.
