I guess "Totally Not That Un-Unpredictable" was harder to put on a poster. I'm not saying you won't enjoy Jamie Foxx's performance at Nokia Theatre this Saturday. The charismatic Terrell native promises a mixture of comedy and music, and I'm sure he'll bring a lively and energetic performance. What I am saying is that it'll be anything but Unpredictable. You won't need to call Miss Cleo's psychic hotline to know that the Academy Award-winning star of Ray will be performing several Ray Charles songs. And put away your Magic 8 ball; it's a safe bet the Charles' numbers will be among your favorites of the night—at least better than the material written by Foxx for his record with the same ironic title. All in all, the evening promises to be less entertaining than watching Ray Charles perform, but way more fun (and less creepy) than watching Kevin Spacey pretend to be Bobby Darin. See Jamie Foxx on the [probably-not-so] Unpredictable Tour, 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Nokia Theatre, 1001 Performance Place in Grand Prairie. Tickets range from $50 to $70.
