So you haven't seen Barbershop, Johnson Family Vacation, Big Momma's House or Kingdom Come. Perhaps you've seen Ice Age, Madagascar, Serving Sara, Intolerable Cruelty, Be Cool or Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events. Stand-up comedian Cedric the Entertainer doesn't subscribe to typecasting...or at least not all the time. No, the versatile actor has a wide range of celluloid efforts that appeal to just about any possible audience member. (And that's not something you could normally say about the host of the TV Land Awards or anyone on The Steve Harvey Show.) His live comedy, however, is all Cedric—developed from his first appearance on It's Showtime at the Apollo to his participation as one of the Kings of Comedy along with D.L. Hughley, Bernie Mac and Steve Harvey (the act which Spike Lee later turned into a flick). The sharp-dressed laugh riot hits Nokia Theatre, 1001 Performance Drive in Grand Prairie, 8 p.m. Sunday (seriously, no April Fools). Tickets are $35 to $85.
