Shaken and Stirring

The guy responsible for coming up with the euphem-tastic names for James Bond women ought to be hanging his head just now: The fact that some buxom swingerette named Pink Martini hasn't been pinned down and given the 007 treatment yet is downright shameful. But despite Pink Martini's linguistically suggestive elements, it's really just a multi-cultural musical group performing this weekend with the Fort Worth Symphony. Then again, with Pink Martini members named China, Paloma, Pansy, Claude and Gavin, we're not entirely sure they're not just going to re-score that episode of Cinemax's Hotel Erotica for a bunch of people wearing tuxedos in the box seats. Pink Martini is at the Bass Performance Hall, 4th and Calhoun streets in Forth Worth, Thursday through Sunday. Shows are at 8 p.m., with a 2 p.m. matinée Sunday. Tickets are $24 to $76. Call 817-665-6000.
April 12-15, 8 p.m.; Sun., April 15, 2 p.m.
