Full Mooney

At an age when most people are resting on their laurels, comedian Paul Mooney continues to break new ground with his brand of comedy. Starting in the early '70s, Mooney began as a writer for Sanford and Son and Good Times. From there, he wrote for The Richard Pryor Show, Fox's In Living Color and Chapelle's Show, where he created the character Negrodamus, the black version of Nostradamus. Most recently, he has advocated replacing the N-word with "Michael Richards,' as in "What's up, my Michael Richards!" See Mooney's comedy Thursday through Sunday at the Addison Improv, 4980 Belt Line Road. Tickets are $15 to $17. Call 972-404-8501.
