Well, it looks like Felicity's higher education from fictional college UNY didn't do her much good--she ended up as a waitress at a pie diner in Small Town, U.S.A. And forget about choosing between Ben or Noel--Keri Russell's now married to a controlling bad egg of a husband who won't even let her have a car. Yikes. But don't worry, Waitress isn't all crying over spilt milk--it also serves up some sweet-as-pie, light-hearted comedy (with a few sexy scenes with Nathan Fillion thrown in for good measure). Trust me, if you have any heart whatsoever, it'll be warmed by this adorable little film. Just be forewarned: By the time the end credits roll, you'll be craving pie like you've never craved pie before. That's why you should see Waitress at The Modern in Fort Worth this weekend--you can stock up on CafĂ© Modern's scrumptious peanut butter pie before the film and watch on a full stomach as Felicity's no-good husband gets his just deserts. Showtimes are at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Friday, 5 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $7.50 or $5.50 if you’re a Modern member. Fri., July 27, 6 & 8 p.m.; Sat., July 28, 5 p.m.; Sun., July 29, 2 & 4 p.m.
