If you're looking for a novel way to begin the Halloween season, check out the Dungeon of Doom, a haunted museum in Arlington (not to be confused with the nearby Rangers ballpark). The Dungeon of Doom features all sorts of freaky exhibits, including renderings of oversized eyeballs, skeletons, corpses, decaying monsters and Jerry Jones. Paid actors who never break character roam the halls as monsters, and a clown will be riding a unicycle. Sounds like just an average day in East Dallas. And according to the museum's Web site, there were at least 12 documented cases of pants-wetting last year alone. Also, for the last two weeks, live bands will be on tap. The Dungeon of Doom runs Friday and Saturday nights and the entire week of Halloween through October 31, opening at 7:30 p.m. and running "until the last scream," aka midnight. The Arlington Museum of Art is located at 210 W. Main St. Tickets are $15. For more information, visit dungeonofdoomtexas.com.
Fridays, Saturdays, 7:30 p.m.; Oct. 28-31, 7-10 p.m. Starts: Sept. 28. Continues through Oct. 31, 2007
