At the risk of sounding like an old stick in the mud, I've gotta say that all these kids today with their MTV and iPod-whatsits have absolutely no attention span. People love movies by Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez, but put the two together into a double feature, and it'll bomb at the box office. Why?! Why is the thought of sitting in the same chair for four hours so terrifying?! Give those poor double features another shot, and go check out the back-to-back thrillers of Mr. Weird's Grindhouse 7 p.m. Thursday at Studio Movie Grill, 5405 Belt Line Road in Addison. You can see both Evil Dead and Black Sunday for just $10, and the show also features a bunch of classic trailers and commercials. For more information, visit myspace.com/mrweirdsgrindhouse.
