Flexibility and coordination are two attributes that a lot of us struggle with, but not for a lack of trying. Stomping around on a Dance Dance Revolution pad is exhausting, and Pilates kicks our asses every time we try it, so chances are that Edward Clark and his Tripsichore Yoga Theatre would put us to shame with their hands behind their back and their bodies twisted into pretzels. Tripsichore Yoga, based out of London, will be in Dallas for a week of training workshops at the Dallas Yoga Center (4525 Lemmon Ave.), but for those of us who would rather watch than participate, they'll also be performing The Insect Piece at the Lakewood Theater, 1825 Abrams Parkway, at 8 p.m. Friday. Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door. Call 214-443-9642 or visit dallasyogacenter.com.
Fri., Feb. 15, 8 p.m., 2008
