Thriller movies are scary. But thriller books are scarier. At thriller movies, you can close your eyes when you get freaked out at the scary parts. Close your eyes while you read a thriller book and you just piss yourself off because you keep unintentionally re-reading the part about nasty brain guts flying everywhere and landing on things. Or maybe that's just me. At 7 p.m. Tuesday see author Brian Freeman read and sign his scary thriller book, Stalked, at Barnes & Noble, 7700 W. Northwest Highway. The event is free, just like regular stalking. Call 214-739-1124 or visit bn.com.
