After reading the description for Molly "The Dining Diva" Fowler's Elegant Dinner for Friends class, I'm not so sure I need to go. Or, rather, I'm not sure some of my friends would know what to do with a salad of pears, Roquefort and pecans. Pan-seared salmon on wilted spinach? Some of my peeps still claim a 4-year-old's stance of "fish is stinky and green things are gross." The tropical tart, however, might pique a few interests. Damn, I gotta get new friends. Check out what Molly's dishin' up 6:30 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Central Market, Lovers Lane at Greenville Avenue. The class is $55. Call 214-361-5754 to register.
