You know, a funny thing happened on the way to the forum. After getting out of my stone-columned enclosure right around lunchtime I was trying to retie my toga in that swooping fashion that my BFF showed me last week (I like to be up with the latest trends), and this super-crazy dust devil thingy came from beside the bath house and just whisked the fabric off my left side. Suffice to say, I didn't intend on exposing my rack to 20 soldiers but I went with it, ya know?! OK, so that's not Stephen Sondheim's musical, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum; that's actually being performed at the Addison Theatre Centre, 15650 Addison Road. Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. Thursday, 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $20 to $30. Call 972-450-6232 or visit watertowertheatre.org.
