Best: I managed to wolf down a small plate of barbecue in about 90 seconds on Sunday night between sets by Okkervil River and The Raconteurs. As I furiously chewed through a greasy slab of brisket, I pondered how I'd fare in an eating contest at this year 's State Fair.
Worst: Getting in line for free Frito chili pies in the media tent only to hear the server say, "That's the last one!" to the guy right in front of me.
Best: I knew Erykah Badu's set would be good, but I was not expecting the absolutely spellbinding performance she gave. She had the crowd enthralled from the moment she strode onstage, an impressive feat for anyone—but especially for a pregnant woman in 90-degree heat.
