Jeff Kaplan, a Denton-based actor and dancer will perform his one-man show, Beowulf is min nama, on 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Imagine, a Texan spouting verse in Old English while supertitles float above the stage to aid the baffled audience. Add to this the beauty of post-modern dance as Mr. Kaplan reveals the intense drama of Beowulf fighting a dragon by leaping and twirling about the stage. This promises to be a memorable experience. See the play at the Sanders Theatre in the Fort Worth Community Arts Center. Tickets are $15 at the door. For more information call 940-300-4515.
