Remember when Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? was the coolest game ever? They used to let kids play it at school because teachers thought it was educational. Ha! It wasn't about education! It was about being a spy! The mission was simple: Track down the world's most notorious criminals and put them behind bars. Life just doesn't get any better than that. And I know what you're thinking: The youngsters of today aren't familiar with the ol' WITWICS game of yesteryear. True, but they definitely still want to be spies. I think we can all agree on that much. And the folks at the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History caught on and are now displaying an exhibit that gives the spy in all of us a chance to shine. Top Secret: Mission Toy features a collection of toys from all over the world, and visitors/spies are encouraged to inspect the toys and figure out how they work. (And parents will think it's educational!) You can see it at the museum's temporary home, the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, 1720 Gendy St. in Fort Worth.
