More About

Ladies and Gentlemen, what you are about to read details the most horrifying attraction to resurface on the Dallas film scene. It tells of a picture with scenes so shocking, we strongly recommend that this not be read by anyone with a heart condition or anyone who is easily upset. Seriously, stop reading. Grab your impressionable children and run. Still here? Fine, but don't say we didn't warn you. Dallas Cinemania is screening a 35mm print of Blood Feast, H.G. Lewis' 1963 version of gore. It's a grisly story about a caterer who chops up good lookin' dames and collects their body parts for an ancient ritual. The Feast goes down 8 p.m. Thursday, along with a presentation of a rare collection of vintage 35mm trailers, at the Angelika Film Center (5321 E. Mockingbird Lane). Admission is $10.
