Dirty Work

Pablo works in his "blue period"

Pablo Francisco is best known for his television work, which includes a stint as a featured player on MADtv, work on the terminally unfunny Mind of Mencia and his take on the late movie-trailer voiceover guy on the impression-fueled Frank TV. But his brand of comedy is probably best experienced in a club setting. For one thing, it gets pretty blue. Riffs on the difference between dirty talk from young people ("Take it, you bitch!" versus "Take it, you nincompoop! You blockhead!") will lead into a tangential impression of Mr. Magoo during sex. Also, nightlife provides much of his material, like strip-club observations and a story about taking too much ecstasy at a Miami club and trying to drive home. Catch him Thursday through Sunday at the Addison Improv, 4980 Belt Line Road. Call 972-404-8501 or visit improv.com.
