So perhaps, sometime this week (aka Nicky's Week), you could head to the Shops at Legacy--RA Sushi, specifically--and order edamame, shrimp shumai or Tootsy Maki, and beverages by Fiji, Red Bull or Republic of Tea. It's not a big commitment, just a snack would even make a difference as 100 percent of the sales from each of those mentioned items will be donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
