If you were a star in the teen comedies, sitcoms or early reality shows of the late '80s and '90s and you haven't parlayed your role into a successful film or television career, then the odds are pretty good you've taken to the stand-up circuit. The schedules of clubs like Hyena's are littered with such names, from Saved by the Bell's Dustin Diamond to Road Rules' Theo Von. But one has-been comedian stands tall among the rest...and it's mostly thanks to the hair. Christopher "Kid" Reid, who you might remember as the ridiculously coiffed nerd from the House Party movies, takes the stage at 8:30 p.m. Thursday, 8:30 and 10:30 p.m. Friday, and 8 and 10:30 p.m. Saturday at Hyena's in Mockingbird Station. Meanwhile, somewhere in Southern California, Will Smith will drink lattes as he thumbs through the script for his latest blockbuster--tough break, Kid. Admission is $10, with a two-item minimum.
