When I look into the sky, I don't see the ancient hunters, bears and scorpions of Greek mythology. Orion the Hunter? Thing looks more like a shot jigger to me. Having never ladled water from a well myself, the Big Dipper reminds me more of a frying pan. As for Taurus the bull? Well, that one actually does look like a bull--which gets me thinking about hamburgers and prime rib. But that's not the kind of Culinary Constellation to which the title of the March of Dimes 14th Annual Signature Chefs of Dallas auction refers. Rather, it's so named because a Kent Rathbun-led team of 19 of the area's brightest-shining culinary stars provide food, cocktails and wine 6 p.m. Thursday at the Fairmont Hotel's Regency Ballroom, 1717 N. Akard St. Tickets ($300) and more information are available at 972-669-3463.
