Honestly I one day looked up Playboy in 4th grade and then got excited to see nudity and then would go online and watch porn everyday before doing homework and then I met a great girl and just the thought that somebody cares about me and likes me for who I am and ever since I have not even thought of looking at this crap, I'm a sophomore now so I was addicted to this for 6 years and I regret every second of it and wish I could have met her earlier but I feel now I will never go back

And I assume Elvis and Bigfoot have teamed up with aliens and JFK to abduct people like you from their trailer parks and plant tracking devices in you? You need to grow a brain, I would like to know who thinks that porn can actually bring down a nation. You are some form of moron..,

Sex is an amazing, beautiful, wonderful thing. Porn is not. Porn (in most cases) is violent. Porn (in most cases) teaches men to dominate women, and to hurt them but "in a good way." Porn feeds a compulsion. You can never quench the desire, you can only feed the urge.
As the mother of a 9-year-old boy I am really struggling on how I will address this issue. Modern sexuality is so much more than the birds and the bees these days. I would like to start with the first sentence I wrote. I do not want my child to feel like sex is dirty, I want him to know how amazing it is, but I feel like if he sees pornography it will contradict that fact. It will pollute and skew this wonderful experience for him one day, and he will be dissatisfied with the reality of the actual act because what he has seen is so far beyond reality.
This was a good article, and I appreciate Paul Knight for having the courage to write it.

I blame it on the drug stores that stopped with magazine racks, and the do-gooders that made them put wrappers on Playboy and Hustler. Was OK when you had to go sneak looks in the drug store, and it was tough BUYING one anyway, but if you HAD one, it lived under your bedroom mattress where mom couldn't find it and shout at you about going blind and growing warts and hair on your palms....didn't have to surf anything, just hit the centerfold page, no log in no password no wi-fi no adware malware nor viruses. Just a bunch of airbrushed pictures of naked women...
The internet did not change it. Adults CHANGED it. And made it OK and available. So don't pretend that sex addiction or perverted fantasies came along because some kid got a PC.....some ADULT put the stuff there, and society allowed them to do so and said stuff like, if it feels good just do it, and tune in turn on and drop out....and the kids just did what their parents were doing.....and now, they need therapy and Ritalin and expensive medical specialities and recovery centers.....and follow the money to the ADULTS that run those.....so, if you want to get rid of the internet porn, change the ADULT attitudes first.

I think many people here are missing the point. The point is not that pornography or masturbation are bad or that they cause addiction. There is a correlation between the two. In some people, they are consummed by the pornography. Drinking doesn't cause alcoholism, but it can lead to it. Because of the proliferation of easy access to pornography via the internet, the problem of compuslsive sexual behavior is also on the rise. I remeber one person commenting on the fact that there are no studies being to done to test this articles proposition. Well, I think there would be a slight legal and ethical problem in testing the effect of pornography against minors. The artcile already stated it was illegal to expose explict content to minors. I do not think that a study is nesecary to prove that this is a problem in our society, the mere fact that people are seeking out treatment for it would seeem to indicated that it is problem, at least a sujective one. Additionally, go to any Celebrate Recovery group at any church and you will no doubt find many men who are seeking to rid their lives of pornographic compulsions.

I am a retired IT guru and have thought for a very long time that all porn sites should have a .xxx suffix - like .com or .org. With the .xxx suffix any parent or person that wants to block the porn can just tell their browser not to accept the .xxx directive.

I don't know of any scientific study that shows that porn is damaging, even for "kids" (i.e., anyone under 18, when most people become sexually aware and active well before that age, and indeed, were married well before that age in every human culture, including our own, until rather recently).
On the other hand, there have been numerous studies which showed benefits of porn: after porn was legalized in country after country a few decades ago, what do you think happened? Did sex crimes go up? No - just the opposite. Rapes and other sex crimes FELL. So you can thank porn for reducing the number of women and girls who are raped every year. That's a good thing, isn't it? You can also easily imagine that porn helps reduce the spread of sexually transmitted diseases. And that it reduces the number of unwanted pregnancies (and abortions! Hello all you religious wackos? Can you hear the voice of reason?). Porn probably helps save a lot of marriages by helping to keep sex lives exciting and by substituting the illusion of porn for actual extramarital partners. As well, it probably saves guys a lot of rejection and heartbreak, and probably cuts down on he number of unwanted propositions women have to deal with. Funny how nobody ever talks about the good that porn does.
I'm open-minded - I can be persuaded that porn is a bad thing and should be more restricted or even banned outright. But I never hear an intelligent, scientifically validated argument against porn - it's always just a bunch of repressed people parroting the tired old religious line that sex is bad, it's dirty, it's "immoral", it's damaging, etc. Well, that argument just doesn't cut it - it's boring, and it rings false.
Convince me that sexual abstinence is good for my physical, mental or emotional health, or that it increases intelligence or energy levels or slows the aging process or promotes longevity, and I'll become celibate in no time. But I haven't heard any convincing evidence of any of that. Instead I've heard "use it or lose it" and also that regular sexual activity helps prevent prostate cancer, reduces stress and stress-related illnesses, and in general is good for our health.
If anyone knows differently, I'd like to hear it.

I don't understand why everyone is being so harsh on this article. I became addicted to porn at a young age, and the internet only made things worse. It was causing real problems in my marriage, and after going to a Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous meeting, I stopped. And watching porn was something I'd been doing for 17 years. It's really tough to stay away from the easy-to-access content, and some days are more of a struggle than others. What helps the most is people actually acknowledging internet porn addiction is a real problem. So, thank you to the Dallas Observer. I mean, can you imagine how hard it would be for someone to quit drinking if no one thought it was problematic behavior? And I don't get the impression that the Observer is taking an anti-porn stance. They're just saying it's becoming a problem for young kids. And I agree. I did so much work (and shoplifting) to get porn as an 8th grader in 1990. A teenager today with that kind of compulsion would spend every day of his life watching internet porn. The more the world is talking about this, the more people will be able to get help, if they need it.

Tamara 03/05/2010 10:41:00 AM
I think you all are missing the point. No one said masturbation is bad. The soft porn you are all referring to when you grew up (if you can even call it THAT) is nothing like what kids can see on the internet today. The problem is that these images normalize these particular sex acts for kids. No one is talking about regular, normal sex. The author mentioned people having sex with animals and gang rape type scenarios. Do you really want a 13 year old to see that as normal sexual behaviour? Be honest, didn't you try to re-create some of the porn scenes you saw on "VHS" in real life? I'm sure it wasn't hardcore like this. I worry about you as parents if you're so naive and don't believe there should be any limitations for children. But I'm guessing most of the people with the most hateful, critical comments don't have children yet.

"It IS addictive..."
What's addictive - porn or sex? What about sleeping and eating - are they addictive? They're all natural biological functions. We're not angels, OK? Human beings are animals, and there's nothing wrong with that. Oh, but you probably castrated your pet, right? Nice. (There's your solution, by the way - castrate everybody, and you'll end masturbation. Or do you really think banning porn will do the trick?)
"It is not art and it is culturally/socially destructive... it has ruined families."
HOW is porn culturally/socially destructive? HOW has it ruined families? Dude, the only way you're gonna have the kind of "society" you want is to stone people to death for having any kind of sex outside of marriage, like your lovely bible calls for. Why don't you just move to Saudi Arabia or Islamic Iran? That would be easier than trying to turn America into a religious dictatorship.
"Again, I say we need to examine WHO is producing it and why. What if those producing it are doing so to undermine our society? What if their allegiance is to another country or government or political movement? This would explain why they give it away online. What if it's not about the money anymore? These are the questions we should be asking. Think people. Think."
If you'd read the article, it explains the commercial rationale for "free porn" - it links to pay sites, which some people pay for. The free stuff is low-quality, often abbreviated clips, which serves to whet the appetite for something better. The "free" sites make money every time someone clicks on a banner ad or a link to a pay site. It's kinda like your church, see... it's "free", but it actually makes a ton of money, doesn't it?
But seriously, you think porn is a conspiracy to destroy America? You would execute Hugh Hefner and Ron Jeremy for treason? You think Russia, China and/or Islamist terrorists are producing all this porn to destroy America, and that our government just lets them do it? I don't get it - what exactly is your theory?
-
Carfax Abbey 02/28/2010 7:10:00 PM
My question is, why is there so much free porn? What is the goal of producing it, if it will just be given away? There seems to be something else going on. We need to look at who is producing porn, and start asking why. Porn is also taking on social/political overtones, such as the racist porn of Black on Blondes, etc. This type of porn depicts white women being degraded/abused by black thugs. Children growing up looking at porn will associate degradation and abuse with sex. This leads to communication problems between men and women regarding sex. Porn is indeed a social problem. It used to be much harder for children to find pron to look at. I am no prude. I have looked at porn, and I enjoy sex as much as the next guy. But, seriously, 10 year only a complete moron would think that 10 year olds looking at hardcore anal sex gangbangs is harmless. I also do not believe porn falls under freedom of speech. It is not art and it is culturally/socially destructive. It IS addctive and it has ruined families. Again, I say we need to examine WHO is producing it and why. What if those producing it are doing so to undermine our society? What if their allegiance is to another country or government or political movement? This would explain why they give it away online. What if it's not about the money anymore? These are the questions we should be asking. Think people. Think.

Yeah, I even used to miss class some days back at high school to jack off fifteen times a day, searching for porn back when it was still hard to find and I never passed out from dehydration. Oh and you know what? I'm getting college degree this year, I've got lots of friends, I work out every day and I excel at philosophy. This is utter sensationalist and right-wing friendly, made to brainwash people and use the support of religious non-thinkers bullshit, that's what it is.
Look at the real facts people, not isolated examples used as widespread phenomenons... Those little boys are just socially unadapted and have stupid parents who see them as problematic because their different, that's what got them to the state they are...

Geeze, what a "load" of rubbish! I'm 55. Back in the day, when I first became sexually aware/aroused, I experienced some of the exact same symptoms as these modern dudes, only we didn't have the 'Net back then and the purloined copies of Playboy were few and far between. So we had no choice but to create our own pr0n, in our heads, using our fertile imaginations. At least that's what I did. My grades went all to hell and one full school year I shuffled around wearing the same sweater ever day because it was the only one in my closet that extended far enough below the waist to over my bulging pants front after being cooped up unnaturally in a classroom with a hot-looking teacher or some budding young nymphs of my own age! Eventually, I managed to have real sex, but from the age of about 5-6th grade to just after HS graduation it was masturbation or nothing. And as with so many other, I did it every time I was in the mood and had the requisite privacy, which was real frequently! If you really want to "STOP THE MADNESS" then children need to be able to experience real sex at the the age when they begin to desire it. Not doubt many brainwashed cultists will think that an evil idea. Blame today's unnatural repression on the nonsensical and harmful cult of Christianity, which is, of course, grafted onto the equally noxious and pestilential root of Judaism. Grow up, people, and get over it. Sex and morality have absolutely nothing to do with one another!

"Internet Lures Kids into Porn Addiction"... right right. and it was the net and the pr0n that made the kid in the story a socially retarded emotionally unstable little jerk. oooor was it his life history of being maladjusted? i stopped reading after the first half. i mean whats the point of this article? the author is a complete moron. what has the internet and pr0n have to do with a kid having a LIFE LONG HISTORY of antisocial and abnormal behavior? the author just exploited some troubled kid and his family so he could fill his weekly quota. this article is absolute crap.

This IS Just another ploy by the fascist corporations to privatize the net. Sex isn't going to just go away, It's a part of life, everything. Filth is in the eye of the beholder, those with dirty minds and whom can not think for themselves. Without sex, none of us would be here, get over it.
What to do: Denote a .xxx or .sex for the net and parents can password protect their children's (or their own) computer(s) from those sites. It's a personal responsibility issue NOT A Legislative Issue or Moral Issue. It's like TV or any other media, There is an off button.
I also see the article is on a teXass based site. Some of your people still execute children and the mentally disabled, you lead the country in the act of state sanctioned murder - I remember something our lord told us, THOU SHALT NOT KILL and his son said " What you do to the least of you, You do to me." How much longer to you expect to crucify Christ??
"Virtue forced upon those of my brethren whose hearts have not comprehended the Law and who seek not the path of virtue, is vice. Therefore seek not to cause my brethren to be good by the sword [Military Power] nor by the other compulsion [Legislation], least they turn from the one evil to a greater one and the penalty be upon your heads" -- Manasis.

Internet porn is too easily accessed with no means of gate controll. The problem with this is that Children, along with others, can potentially and easily come across material that is both criminal, emotionally damaging and obscene. This was highlighted in a programme recently shown on UK TV. Within five minutes of logging on, the presenter inadvertantly viewed images of child pornography whilst looking at a so called "regular" pornography site. The internet for better or worse is a gaping sewer in terms of access to sexual content. Thanks to parent naievity and inadequate supervision, as well as file sharing between student peer groups, means that this higly addictive habit forming sewer is now within easy reach of every child.

doodahman 02/24/2010 11:22:00 PM
Oh har dee har har har. First off, maybe it's different out Texas way (as so many things are) but guess what? Adolescents are sex driven regardless of the availability of porn. The honest among us remember locking ourselves away for hours with a copy of mom's Cosmo-- it made no difference. The drive is the same, and I would suspect the stamina is about the same, so the amount of porn hardly enters into it.
But, I guess you want to act all surprised that teenagers like to masturbate and blame it on something. How unbelievably idiotic, but like I said, that's Texas.
-
Timo 02/24/2010 10:51:00 PM
I think internet porn should be outlawed.Porn should only be available in a shop where you need to purchase. The embarassement would prevent most people. My belief is that porn is a form of mind control. All the images you see are permanently hard wired into your brain and this leads many young men to become impotent to normal healthy sexual relations. The West is producing a generation of sociopathic perverts.Maybe its for canon fodder for our imperialist fascist Army.

And you're dumb as hell if you think Jr. just accidentally "finds them all the time while he looks for games to play online."

We need more of it!!!I wish I had this when I was a teenager. But alas I was stuck with VHS porn but was able to jerk it just the same and guess what....I grew up to be a very productive person with a family. I LOVE internet porn, it's fantastic and it's a very simple thing. You don't like it? Don't watch it, don't buy it, and don't go see it. you just live in your little bubble and continue to abuse your wife (if you have one) by reading scripture to get sex whenever you want and leave your preaching at home...no one really cares. the bible is full of nothing but lies anyway.

What's pornography?
Justice Potter Stewart of the US Supremes famously wrote "I can't tell you, but I know it when I see it."
That's not good enough. There has to be a firm definition before we can begin talking about regulating it.
As we've seen from internet gambling, the US can outlaw something attractive (pun intended), it'll simply move off-shore.
Nice story, appears to have come from an Observer sister paper. Saves the Observer the cost of paying a reporter for a story actually developed in Dallas.

Clancey 02/23/2010 6:59:00 PM
You have heard how it was said,You shall not commit adultery. But I say this to you,if a man looks at a woman lustfully,he has already committed adultery with her in his heart. Let us all pray that pornography gets put to an abrupt end effective immediately.

I don't think it's as widespread as this article makes it seem, but there is young kids out there who are addicted to porn. And it's not like they are just casually watching to jerk off every now and then. They will spend all day looking at this stuff and it does effect their social life. However the key to fixing this problem is not letting your child have a computer in his/her room. You have a family computer that you keep in a room where everyone spends most of their time. It's not like they will be watching porn while mom and dad watch CSI in the same room.
-

When we were kids we looked at playboy and other mags. We all shared the VCR porn movie that got passed around, but parent though were just stuck with national geographic haha. This is NOTHING new, it's just in a different form. If parents don't monitor their kids on the computer, what do they think the kids will be doing? Don't blame society for what happens in your own home.

i read the article about kids becoming porn addicts....and i'm sure it's true.....and a bad thing .....then on the very next page in your magazine i saw some secretary crawling over a desk with her boobs hangin out.......with the tag line "la divina will be one of the naked girls reading "............a few pages later i find...ads for "better sex today"...."adult new releases" for some porn store......"baby dolls strip club"....and an article about "mr. clean perv"..........next page is nothing but ads for strip clubs.......same with next page......page after is...for "adult services"........including ads for prostitutes (with pictures )........
page after that..is all about phone sex........page after that is all about massage with pictures of hot chicks........so let me just say this...you are not part of the solution....are you ???.....on one hand you decry the fact that kids are becoming porn addicts.......on the other hand your magazine is available everywhere and yet the majority of your magazine is dedicated to sex......and even posts ads by prostitutes...........can you not see the hypocrisy in that ??? .....i am a musician and i read your magazine for that and that alone.....but anymore there are no ads at all for bands and guys looking for bands........which is what i look for..........your magazine has become a sex rag...........sad really......you used to be about what is happening in dallas......and use to concentrate on the music scene and would keep us all informed on that..and it used to be the number one place for musicians looking for bands..etc.........but it's now a useless piece of crap.......for any musician looking for information..............what is the deal ???
you guys are just a front for porno and prostitutes now.........so please do us a favor..and don't ever complain again about porno or it's influence.........since you guys have half your magazine dedicated to the sex industry..........you ARE the problem..............so don't bitch about it.........since you ARE IT..............do yourself a favor.............get back to being about dallas........and the music and the nightlife....and the events........and get rid of all the sex crap !!!!..i'm sure you wouldn't have the balls to post this comment in your magazine..because it would shown you for the hypocrits you are...........i hope to see a new magazine soon dedicated to the music scene in dallas..........with articles about bands....and ads for musicians again...........but hey if i ever want a sensual massage by some transexual.....then you are the guys huh ??????

Michael Voisinet 02/22/2010 12:08:00 AM
These children have absolutely positively NO RIGHT AT ALL to be viewing pornography at all period. There are other ways in which to bide their time as opposed to viewing pornography. There should be a law enacted in congress banning pornography from both the TV and the internet. These young people should not be totally exposed to this kind of depravity at all period. That is exactly what it is,is nothing but depravity in every sense of the word. There is no other word in the English Language that can literally define this kind of degradation. These kids get totally aroused by this kind of promiscuous behavior. It totally excites them. It totally titillates them. Both the Gunsmoke and Bonanza days are practically gone. They have been replaced by this most abhorrent and detestable smut. As a matter of fact there absolutely positively no TV westerns in existence in prime time TV today. Unless you can conjure up a good western with plenty of gory sex lol. Just kidding. As the old saying goes:Idle hands are the devils workshop. And today many teenagers are confronted by so many different kinds of temptations out there. Whether it is drugs, alcohol, sex and you've guessed it even pornography. A teenager should not engage in any kind of sexual intercourse until they are properly married both in the eyes of the Church and in the eyes of God. God instituted sex for marriage and that's where it belongs. Fornication is carnal union between an unmarried man and an unmarried woman. It is gravely contrary to the dignity of person and of human sexuality which is naturally ordered to the gift of spouses and the generation and education of children. Moreover,it is a grave scandal when there is corruption of the young. Pornography consists in removing real or simulated sexual acts from the intimacy of the partners,in order to display them deliberately to third parties. It offends against chastity because it perverts the conjugal act the intimate giving of spouses to each other. It causes grave damage to the dignity of it's participants actors, vendors, the public, since each one becomes an object of base pleasure and illicit profit for others. It immerses all who are involved in the illusion of a fantasy world. It is a grave offense. Civil authorities should prevent the production and distribution of pornographic materials. 1 Corinthians 6:13:Foods are for the stomach, and the stomach is for foods, and God will destroy them both. But the body is not for sexual immorality,it is for the Lord, and the Lord is for the body. God raised up the Lord and he will raise us up too by his power. Matthew 5:27-28:You have heard how it was said,You shall not commit adultery. But I say this to you,if a man looks at a woman lustfully,he has already committed adultery with her in his heart. Let us all pray that pornography gets put to an abrupt end effective immediately.

Oh noes! Teh Internets make boys look at pr0n! Must begin wailing and gnashing my teeths together now!
Right after I jackoff to some good Internet pr0n.
Seriously...this story gets repeated every few years, and it's the same unsupported bullshit every time. What's next? Violent comic books make little Billy a sociopath? Video games makes little Jeff want to kill? Both claims are pure shit, and yet, we're still seeing this nonsense reported in breathless prose.
The story was good for a few laughs, though, so thanks for that, I suppose.

...what is this? It's like a weird, sub-"Reefer Madness" collection of half thought-out, overly sensationalist, paranoid ramblings - pornography leads to rape, pedophilia and even violent aggression? Children dropping like flies from week-long masturbation sessions? Are you serious, Mr. Knight?
I wouldn't even pay it any mind, except that it's the cover story of the Dallas Observer, and you've collectively never seemed the type to give headway to this type of thing, both a) because you're a better magazine than that, and b) because not only is an entire third of your magazine dedicated to call-girl ads, but you also host the "Savage Love" column - so, this seems a little hypocritical, if nothing else.

Ethan's parents were stupid! Any idiot parent can put a block on their kids computers and block all kinds of content.I do not feel sorry for people like Ethan who have no will power.I do feel sorry for people like Richie Whitt who are brain dead!

Ethan Burnett never had to tell anyone what he was looking for. All it took was a quick Google search.
If he searched for "porn" on any random night, the result might be a link to the popular video-streaming site pornhub.com. The top video on Porn Hub for this particular search might be "Drunk, High and Cock Hungry," provided by the site collegefuckfest.com. The video features a young woman surrounded by a group of men at a party, taking off her shirt and pants before performing oral sex on a guy in front of a group of college-age students.
If Ethan moved on from Porn Hub, he could click on another Google result: keezmovies.com, full of similar video streams. The top video on Keez might be titled "Slut Masked and Gangbanged," featuring a young woman having sex with half a dozen men at the same time.
It would take less than 20 minutes to view both videos, and neither cost a dime.
IT'S LIKE THE WRITER TO THIS ARTICLE LOVED DOING THIS STORY...

"The effects are spilling over to the classroom. Middle schools and high schools provide the perfect meeting grounds for aspiring porn producers and directorsyoung teen boysand willing actressesyoung girls."
TELL ME MORE MR. MEDIA MAN!!! Can't believe anyone with half a mind would let this shit story get the time of day, shame on Dallas Observer for supporting Mr. Knight and his propaganda writing techniques.

"The technology got better as Ethan got older, and the millions of pictures became millions of videos; Ethan couldn't open all the doors if he tried. If he hadn't been so young, his parents might have thought that Ethan was shooting heroin. The dark rings around his sagging eyes in the mornings revealed little sleep from the night before."
Superb writing by Paul Knight. It's 2010, lets have some real problems...

Despite the fact that the topic is a valid one which deserves to be addressed seriously, the article itself was too graphic. Using words like: "c", "t" and "a" along with a graphic description of a lewd sexual act in a mainstream news article is in my opinion irresponsible. Was this kind of candid reporting really necessary to get the point across?

What a load of crap. This article is based on speculative bullshit. There is no compelling evidence presented here. Porn Addiction, please. There is nothing mentioned in the DSM-IV-TR about this so-called "porn addiction." Have you been watching some of that pop psychology on Dr. "I lost my license to practice psychology in Texas" Phil or Oprah? I don't know why the American Psychological Association continues to function as an organization when this brilliant insight exists outside of the psychology community. And, if this is so, why isn't this behavior replicated in other countries and cultures, like Europe? There, the folks are not hyper-focused on the naked human body like we are in America. In fact, adult programming is common. Only in the U.S.A. do we have difficulties accepting our own human biology. You would think that some outside influence was compelling these people to behave a certain way. Remember, people make choices on how they behave? Fuck off!

I look at porn. Addiction is addiction. If you can't find a middle ground to the vices of your life then you have bigger frish to fry.

How ironic to finish this article, turn the page, and find a full-page picture of La Divina displaying her cleavage over her exposed bra with the billing, "Naked Girls Reading". I love the Dallas Observer and read it religiously, but you guys really need to take a stand. If you're anti-porn, then change your advertising base. If not, then stop pretending.

Before the internet, I would just steal the porn from my Dad's dresser.

This article comes off as though porn is the problem, when in reality it appears that non-parenting, and underlying psychological issues are the problem.

This is a really horrible article to post on Yahoo. My kids read the news posts and this one has direct links to porn sites?! You are kidding me. Even if my children haven't discovered the porn sites on their own, this is their ticket. Thank you.

A kid who sits in his room all weekend jerking off isn't running around doing dope. Take your pick.

Sphitz 02/19/2010 3:32:00 AM
What kind of 12 year old has the option to lock themselves in their room unsupervised with the internet for weekend long masturbation binges? If that's true, shame on the parents not the internet, but I suspect most of this story is exaggerated and sensationalized crap.

America and filth...still going stron after all these years......we'll have to answer for it...oh, yes we will.....paybacks are HELL too.

Why do you think God lets this continue? Nice diversion from counting and writing down sins of everybody in the whole world 24/7.

In many of these cases, who has the greater problem, the child or the parents?

JT 02/18/2010 10:44:00 PM
These comments, all from men, were sad. There are some kids out there who are suffering! If parents would parent, and spend time with their children instead of shipping them off to the computer and the videos, kids wouldn't have to get in these terrible situations.
I can tell you how easy it is to accidently hit one of these sites, my 8 year old grandson finds them all the time while he looks for games to play online. And some of the things that pop-up are WAYYY too much for his little brain to handle.
America and filth...still going stron after all these years......we'll have to answer for it...oh, yes we will.....paybacks are HELL too.

This story contains a lot of crap that alot of people will probably think is the truth because they don't know the actual facts.
-
Royce Mann 02/18/2010 3:47:00 PM
This is just the same old rehash of half truths and bullshit. No hard science here just "if you don't stop you'll go blind" Very disappointing in an Observer article. I guess teenage boys are horny is not news unless you put some sort of twist on it. Do you know what people did with Dr Johnson's great tome?? Looked up dirty words!!!! Idiots.

The Baby Dolls web ad at the bottom of this well-written and informative article drove home the idea that we are all swimming in filth.
Nice.
