Cooking For A Saint

The difference in perception between Irish and Italian food is made quite distinct by two classes Wednesday at Central Market (5750 E. Lovers Lane). The hour-long noon "Learn at Lunch: St. Paddy's Day" class costs just $20 and teaches three stereotypically Irish dishes: corned beef and cabbage sliders, shepherd's pie and chocolate stout pie, while the evening Italian seafood class is two-and-a-half hours and costs $70. If you're not already drunk by noon, call 214-361-5754, you cheap Mick.
