I get it. Really. The idea of attending a Bon Jovi concert is just super lame. No point arguing otherwise, 'specially since all of Bon Jovi's members are so old nowadays. Seriously: Though his still-way-too-tight jeans argue otherwise, frontman Jon Bon is almost pushing 50. (Emphasis on almost: He's 48). And, second? The band hasn't put out a decent record in at least 10 years (and even that's pushing it, because it means we're considering calling 2000's Crush decent, based on the catchiness of its powerhouse single "It's My Life" alone). But consider this: What would happy hour sound like without "Livin' On A Prayer," which, if nothing else, remains the without-a-doubt, single greatest patio drinking sing-along ever penned? Like not-so-happy hour, that's what. And where else on the planet can you find semi-respectable women with the words "I Love BJ!" painted across their stomachs? Nowhere but a Bon Jovi show, where, hand to God, you'll see this every time. Plus, your girlfriend will love it.
