In The Backyard, At The Mall
It's about that time again. You know, that time of the year when just about every weekend centers around a barbecue by the pool, a few beers and, well, basically just an excuse to let loose and have a good time. Journeys Backyard BBQ Tour will bring one of those weekends, but rather than grilling food, this festival features sizzlin' extreme sports athletes, including Ernie Torres and Ryan Decenzo, and a music stage full of some of the hottest new artists, including Forever the Sickest Kids, American Mantra, and Handshakes and Highfives. The tour hits town this Saturday from noon until 7 p.m. in the Nordstrom parking lot at Stonebriar Centre Mall, 2601 Preston Road in Frisco. Admission is free and open to the public.
