This Sunday, Chef Tre Wilcox (who you might remember as that buff badass from season three of Top Chef) will face off in an Iron Chef-style competition against Chef Ed Mendoza (an instructor at Le Cordon Bleu). A secret ingredient will be unveiled and both chefs will have one hour to create their culinary masterpieces. Before the contest, three judges' seats will be auctioned off, so bring your moolah if you wanna pretend to be Padma or The Chairman. Tickets are $75 and proceeds from the event go to Ten for 10: Water for Africa's comprehensive water project in Rulindo, Rwanda that will give 2,772 children access to clean water, latrines and sanitation.
