This Wednesday, Central Market Cooking School (5750 E. Lovers Lane) offers a hands-on Take Home Holiday Side Dishes class that will send each participant home with four to six servings of each of these basic, but badass-sounding items: cornbread dressing, cranberry chutney, gouda mashed potatoes, creamed spinach and sweet potato casserole. The class is $75 and begins at 6:30 p.m. The elliptical machine time you'll need to complete in order to counteract eating 20 to 30 servings of freaking amazing side dishes in one sitting is priceless.
