Mild Texas winters are good for one thing: outdoor grilling. Lately, it's rarely been too chilly to light the grill on the patio. But a few times every winter, a cold wind rolls down from the north, forcing grillers to fire up the George Foreman in the kitchen, where the coldest thing is the beer in your hand. No worries, newbies; Williams-Sonoma chefs will teach you how to cook steaks and kabobs on an indoor grill. The "Fresh & Fast" grilling class is Sunday at several local Williams-Sonoma locations, including stores at the Galleria, NorthPark Center and Highland Park Village.
