I can't STAND how places offer up red wine at warm temps. Don't these morons know how much MORE wine by the glass, and bottle, they would sell if they served it properly?
Nice of you to call them morons. Ever run a small restaurant in an old building? There's not an abundance of space or in some cases power outlets, and obviously a temperature controlled cellar is a big luxury reserved for the steakhouses. Just saying, name-calling isn't necessary. You could always ask the server to chill it slightly. Try not to call them morons, though, please.
