The cosmetics counter can be a source of excitement or a source of dread. Miles of candy colors and expensive packaging beckon women with promises of youth and beauty, but how can we know what lives up to the hype? Will this cream really "firm and brighten"? Can this waterproof mascara stand up to a day at Hurricane Harbor?
