Join renowned musician, singer, songwriter, solo artist, music judge and former Ben Folds Five piano frontman Ben Folds as he makes his Bass Hall performance debut with the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra. Holding a long and extensive music-making career and selling more than 3 million records, Folds released his first solo album, Rockin’ the Suburbs, in 2001, which compiled hits like “Annie Waits,” “Still Fighting It,” “Zak and Sara” and “The Luckiest.” He has worked with the likes of Regina Spektor and released a Billboard Hot 100 cover of Dr. Dre’s “Bitches Ain’t Shit.” His performance with the symphony is at 8 p.m. Friday at Bass Hall, 525 Commerce St. Ticket prices vary.
