Add on that it’s the 150th anniversary of the Battle of Puebla (yes, that’s the historical event this holiday is based on) and you can bet today’s going to be a Major Rager. This year, the biggest party is happening in Oak Cliff; that’s where Papa Bear Rawlings will act as grand marshal in the big parade.
