At the center is Indonesian-born singer Dougy Mandagi's pirouetting tenor, which soars with the self-possessed swagger of Steve Perry. Their self-titled follow-up broadens their sound, soft-pedaling its more slavish piano-rock tics while embracing soul and dance elements. San Diego's Crocodiles open.
