Look at those "do-ers" over at the Texas Theatre: They landed a page in The New York Times a couple of weeks ago, and now they're putting on their first-ever film festival. You can check out the screening schedule at oakclifffilmfestival.com, which includes a Saturday night music video competition at El Sibil. And there's more on the music front: The King Bucks play Texas Theatre's opening night party on Thursday; Austin's My Education do their live score for F.W. Murnau's silent classic Sunrise on Friday at 9 p.m.; then Diamond Age and New Fumes clean up at 11 p.m. Saturday at El Sibil, Neeks and Night Game Cult close out the music video showcase.
