Considering that last year’s fundraising affair at the Goss-Michael Foundation benefitingMTV’s Staying Alive Foundation banked more than $700,000 toward empowering young people against the “stigma, spread and threat of HIV and AIDS,” it’s reasonable to expect progeny as elegant as its philanthropic predecessor. This year’s event, Re:Define, features a public exhibition curated by the Future Tense running Thursday through September 21 with artist talks, gallery tours and a major public art project installation by emerging British artist Lee Baker.
