If you’ve seen the classic ’80s movie Summer School, in which Mark Harmon plays a reluctant summer school teacher who must engage a classroom of misfits, use that as your guide for Sister’s Summer School Catechism at the Eisemann Center (2351 Performance Drive, Richardson). One nun gets snaked out of her summer vacation plans, and must teach a summer catechism class. As she attempts to beat the heat in her habit, she’ll also try to get her young disciples to focus on the big questions, like WWJS? (Where would Jesus summer?) Catch the show at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. Thursday, Saturday and Sunday shows also have 2 p.m. matinees. It runs through July 21. Tickets cost $38.
