As the weather seems to be turning less and less hostile (all those joggers we sacrificed over the summer are finally paying off), the urge to actually leave the house is stronger than it’s been in months. That’s just in time for Fall for the Arts, in Klyde Warren Park (2012 Woodall Rodgers Freeway), which starts at 10 a.m. and spans multiple stages in the park. Fall for the Arts runs all day with performances by the Allegro Guitar Society of Dallas, Scarborough Renaissance Festival and even Ghost the Musical among many others (the last performances start at 4:30 p.m.). The fest is timed to complement arts events happening throughout the city, including the Crow Collection of Asian Art’s first ever free Garden Party and Street Festival, running from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Dallas Arts District (visit crowcollection.com for more information). For more information about Fall for the Arts, and a full schedule of events, visit klydewarrenpark.org.
