As a New Zealander who was 8 when JFK was shot in Dallas Texas, I just think that we should use the day as a remembrance day. Celebrating a great US President that united the West like no other. He stood for things like equality, democracy, freedom, civil rights for all. He united the West like no other, he was inspiring, cool, and probably the most popular US president ever. He was not a hater, bigot, mean spirited piece of Humanity. He was an inspirational leader.
